These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WSLA (Wasla) (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including its website, dashboards, APIs, mobile or web applications, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Service.
WSLA is an omni-channel social media management and automation platform that allows users to:
Connect third-party social media accounts
Schedule, publish, edit, and delete posts
Manage content calendars
Automate publishing workflows
Perform posting actions on behalf of the user
The Service operates strictly based on permissions explicitly granted by users through third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and others.
To use the Service, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements
Be authorized to manage and publish content on the connected social media accounts
You represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete registration information
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities performed under your account
WSLA shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure credentials.
By connecting your social media accounts to WSLA, you explicitly authorize us to:
Access and securely store authentication tokens
Publish, schedule, edit, or delete content on your behalf
Retrieve limited account or page information necessary to provide the Service
You acknowledge that:
Permissions are granted voluntarily
You may revoke access at any time via the respective platform
Revoking permissions may disable parts of the Service
WSLA does not store social media passwords.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload, schedule, or publish (“User Content”).
You are solely responsible for:
The legality and accuracy of User Content
Compliance with applicable laws and platform policies
Any consequences resulting from published content
WSLA does not monitor, approve, or guarantee the legality of User Content.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Publish illegal, misleading, abusive, or defamatory content
Engage in spam, phishing, scams, or deceptive practices
Violate intellectual property or privacy rights
Circumvent platform restrictions or security systems
Abuse automation features or APIs
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
You acknowledge and agree that:
WSLA operates in compliance with Meta Platform Policies
WSLA is not responsible for suspensions, bans, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms
Platform policy changes may affect Service availability or functionality
Your use of WSLA must comply at all times with the applicable third-party terms.
If you purchase a paid plan:
Fees are billed in advance
Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
WSLA may modify pricing with prior notice
Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
WSLA does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may perform maintenance or updates without notice.
WSLA may suspend or terminate access if you:
Violate these Terms
Misuse the Service
Engage in unlawful or harmful activities
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
WSLA disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WSLA shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, or profits
Actions taken by third-party platforms
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to WSLA in the last 12 months.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
WSLA may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
